BGR Reviews provides Google review removal services for businesses worldwide. We remove negative, fake, and defamatory reviews from Google Business Profiles using compliant, legal methods.
Pay-After-Win Model
Our services operate on a pay-after-win model. You only pay $449 USD per review after we have successfully removed the negative review from your Google Business Profile.
No Guarantee of Specific Timelines
While most reviews are removed within 3-5 days, removal timeframes may vary. We cannot guarantee exact timelines but will keep you informed throughout the process.
2. Payment Terms
Pay After Successful Removal
Payment of $449 USD per review is due only after we have successfully removed the targeted review. We will provide proof of removal before requesting payment.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and PayPal via Stripe secure checkout. Payment is requested after confirmed removal with screenshot proof.
No Upfront Fees
There are no upfront fees, deposits, or hidden charges. You pay only for successfully removed reviews at the rate of $449 USD per review.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
No Refunds
Since payment is collected only after successful review removal, refunds are not applicable. You pay for a service that has already been delivered and verified.
Cancellation Before Removal
You may cancel your request at any time before the review has been removed at no cost. Once a review is successfully removed and payment collected, no refunds will be issued.
Disputes
If you believe a review was not properly removed, you have 48 hours after our notification to raise a dispute. We will investigate and provide evidence of removal.
4. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate information about your Google Business Profile and the reviews you wish removed.
Profile Ownership
You represent that you are the legitimate owner or authorized representative of the Google Business Profile.
Prohibited Actions
You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes or to target legitimate customer reviews that do not violate Google's policies.
5. Limitation of Liability
Service Limitations
BGR Reviews is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for changes to Google's policies or systems that may affect removal requests.
Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Applicable local consumer protection laws may also apply depending on your jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by mediation or arbitration if necessary.
